The standard Bilt chassis comes in the form of a 19'' 4U rack, self-ventilated, with 13 modular positions arranged towards the rear. It is particularly suitable for rack mounting / wiring. Its primary power can be modulated according to needs. Optionally, it can have a front panel display.

Two smaller versions are also available. They are particularly suitable for isolated or desktop use

  • the µ-BILT (BN103), 5 slots, half-width and half-depth.

All chassis are equipped with a system controller (CPU BE718) integrating standard instrumentation communication types: RS232/422, GPIB, USB and Ethernet. This module embeds a powerful processor as well as various peripherals allowing advanced functions to be performed while freeing itself from the PC if necessary.



Instruments for physics laboratory

The diversity of modules and the flexibility of use of the Bilt system make it a tool perfectly adapted to research laboratories. In partnership with scientists, iTest develops a range of specific modules, intended for targeted applications.

The modules of the BE2100 series are ultra low noise DC sources. These modules were developed in partnership with the LPA of ENS – CNRS. One of the main applications is nanostructure polarization.

The BE556 module is a quadruple 1200V source particularly suitable for polarizing particle detectors, especially Micromegas detectors. It is optimized for low current measurement and allows defining recovery sequences after a current spike event.

The BE572 module is an AC+DC Source, capable of modulating its power output from an external setpoint signal up to 100KHz. Associated with the BE841 sine synthesizer, it is used for frequency characteristic testing on semiconductor substrates.
